Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026. These Terms govern your use of DraftlyAI and its AI document generation services.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, using DraftlyAI, generating documents, purchasing credits, or accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service description
DraftlyAI helps users generate proposals, contracts, invoices, and related business documents using templates, user-provided inputs, and AI assistance.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
4. Credits and usage
DraftlyAI may use a credit-based system. Different actions may consume different credit amounts, such as generating a full document or using AI to complete smart sections. Credits may be deducted when AI processing begins. If a provider failure occurs, the system may automatically refund credits where technically possible.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Paid features, credit packages, subscriptions, renewals, and billing terms may be displayed at checkout or on the pricing page. Taxes, fees, currency conversion, and payment provider charges may apply depending on the user’s location and payment method.
6. AI-generated content
AI-generated documents may contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable wording. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and approving all outputs before using, signing, sending, publishing, or relying on them.
7. No legal, tax, or financial advice
DraftlyAI is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax adviser, or financial adviser. Contracts, invoices, and business documents generated by the platform should be reviewed by qualified professionals where appropriate.
8. User responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
- Upload or process data you do not have the right to use.
- Attempt to bypass credits, authentication, rate limits, or payment controls.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Use generated content in a misleading or unlawful manner.
9. Intellectual property
DraftlyAI retains ownership of the platform, software, templates, branding, and underlying systems. You retain responsibility for your inputs. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use generated outputs for your business purposes.
10. Templates and branding
Templates, document structures, and branding tools are provided to help create professional outputs. You are responsible for ensuring your branding materials, logos, colors, and client data are used lawfully.
11. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, internet issues, AI provider failures, or security events may affect access.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DraftlyAI and Al Abdali Tech are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-loss damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, data loss, or reliance on generated content.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms, abuse the system, attempt fraud, create security risk, or misuse the service.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DraftlyAI after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Contact
